冬のBair Islandで水鳥観察　その１

最近はもっぱらCoyote HillsやPescaderoでの観察が多く、Bair Islandから遠ざかっていた。久しぶりの訪問で充実した探鳥ができたので、2回に分けて紹介する。ちなみにここは夕方の光が非常に良いので、撮影目的なら午後に訪れるのがベスト。

Group of male Greater Scaup at Bair Island — スズガモ（Greater Scaup）のオス。頭の緑色はマガモほど分かりやすくない。なおここが紫色味であればコスズガモ（Lesser Scaup）。
