引き続き、ラッコ、アザラシ、野鳥など観察できたものを紹介する。

Marbled Murrelet floating on the water surface at Elkhorn Slough in winter — マダラウミスズメ（Marbled Murrelet）は、北米西海岸にのみ生息するウミスズメ。個体数は減少していて、IUCNレッドリストでは「危機」となっている。

Brandt’s Cormorants gathered on a pier at Elkhorn Slough in winter — 桟橋跡のような場所にはアオノドヒメウ（Brandt’s Cormorant）が集まっていた。

Elkhorn Sloughは期待を裏切らない素晴らしい場所でした。次はカヤックでの観察を報告したい。
