秋はイベントの季節。仕事の方も学会やら何やらで、時差ボケと戦いながら飛び回るのです。

余談ながら、アメリカ西海岸から東海岸に出張すると3時間の時差がある。これが結構つらい。空港は2時間前到着が安全ラインである。例えばボストンで朝7時の復路便など取った日には、空港到着は5時。起床は4時半とすると、体は西海岸時間では1時半…。いつ寝るんだ。

おまけに運動不足と外食続きで腹のたるみも一層気になる。溜まった鬱憤を晴らしにフィールドへ行こう。
