再びCoyote Hills その1 / Coyote Hills again Part 1

Feeling the potential of Coyote Hills Regional Park from my last visit, I decided to return quickly.

The Great Egret stands out even from a distance.
A male American Kestrel that has caught an insect.
A White-tailed Kite hovering repeatedly.
Several are flying around the hills. It’s still unclear what they’re hunting.
There are rows of what seem to be old utility poles, which also appear to be favorites for the raptors.
From the top of the hill, you can see Dumbarton Bridge spanning the bay.
A White-tailed Kite searching for prey.
There are also numerous Red-tailed Hawks. Frequent visits might lead to encounters with a variety of raptors.
On the ground, a Western Meadowlark with bright yellow plumage.
A Northern Harrier glides low and gently lands. Its roost is probably nearby.
As the name suggests, its tail feathers are pure white.
A view of the field. It’s quite the workout.
